In addition to its online portfolio, Fasihi GmbH (hereinafter "Fasihi" or "we") provides this mobile app (hereinafter "App"), which you can download onto your mobile device. In the following sections we inform you about personal data that will be collected when using this app. Personal data is all data that can be linked to you personally, e.g. name, address, e-mail addresses, user behavior.
Your data will be collected, processed and used in accordance with the provisions of the German Telemedia Act (Telemediengesetz, TMG) and data protection law, in particular the Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz, BDSG) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By means of this data privacy statement we inform you about the collection of personal data on and via our app for the person concerned in accordance with Art. 13 GDPR.
1. Collection of personal data
(1) The app serves as a source of information and a means of reporting events, incidents, hazardous situations in occupational safety. Your device must be connected to the Internet for the app to work properly.
(2) In accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 (a) GDPR we store surnames and first names and other applicable data, which you enter in the app, if you complete the input procedure.
As soon as you have completed the input procedure, your smartphone transmits this data together with the reporting date to a web portal operated by us, which is connected to the app. The data transmission to the web portal is necessary for you to use the service with your smartphone. On the portal, you are logged as the creator of the notification. This data is only visible for registered members of your team and for us to ensure the proper operation of the application.
We collect other personal data that is transmitted by your mobile device. The purpose of collecting this data is to enable you to use the app and to ensure its functionality and stable operation. The data is also used to optimize the app and to ensure the security of our information technology systems.
We only collect, process and use your personal data to provide, maintain and improve the service, and only to the extent necessary.
3. Statistical analysis of usage data
Submitted messages can be assigned to the user who submitted them. We do not analyze these messages statistically for our purposes.
However, we are entitled to create user profiles using pseudonyms for the purposes of advertising, market research or to tailor the app to meet requirements, unless you object to this. In particular, we analyze the usage data anonymously for statistical purposes in order to design the app according to your needs. You can object to this use of your personal data by notifying us.

We take technical and organizational measures in accordance with the requirements of Art. 32 GDPR to protect the personal data of the user. All our employees involved in the processing of personal user data are committed to respect data secrecy. Personal data of the user is encrypted during transmission by means of SSL.

In accordance with Art. 13 GDPR we inform you about the legal basis of our data processing.
- If we obtain the consent of the person concerned for the processing of personal data, Art. 6 Para. 1 (a) GDPR serves as the legal basis.
- If the processing of personal data is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which our company is subject, Art. 6 Para. 1 (c) GDPR serves as the legal basis.
- The legal basis for the temporary storage of data is Art. 6 Para. 1 (f) GDPR.
- If processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by our company or a third party and if such interests are not overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject, Art. 6 Para. 1 (f) GDPR serves as the legal basis for the processing.
- If the processing of personal data is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 (f) GDPR, our legitimate interest is the conduct of our business for the benefit of all our employees and shareholders.
